Welcome to Japa Ruchi. This app is developed and operated by Purpus (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe, respectful community for all users.
1. Safety & Child Protection (Zero Tolerance Policy)
Important: To ensure the safety of our users, specifically children, we enforce strict content standards.
Japa Ruchi (developed by Purpus) has a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
- Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, creating, or soliciting content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or encourages Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
- Enforcement: Any user found violating this policy will be immediately and permanently banned.
- Reporting to Authorities: All instances of CSAE will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
- In-App Reporting: If you see inappropriate content, you must report it immediately using the in-app “Report” feature or by contacting us at support@purpus.org. We review and act on reports within 24 hours.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to provide a functional and personalized experience.
A. Account Information
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture (if public).
- Phone Login: Phone number and verification data.
- Email Login: Email address and encrypted password.
B. User Generated Content
If you post, upload, or share content (such as text, images, or audio) within the app, this data is stored on our secure servers to display it to you and other users.
C. Device Information
We may collect non-personal information such as device model, OS version, and general location (IP address) to ensure app stability and security.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
- To display your profile and content within the app.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To monitor and enforce our Community Standards (spam and abuse prevention).
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
We do NOT show advertisements in Japa Ruchi, and we do not collect data for advertising purposes.
4. App Permissions
To function correctly, Japa Ruchi may request access to:
- Internet/Network: To connect to our secure servers.
- Storage/Gallery: (Optional) To allow you to upload a profile picture or content.
- Camera: (Optional) To allow you to capture photos for upload.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active.
Your Rights (Delete Your Account)
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time.
- To Delete Your Data: You may request complete account deletion by sending an email to support@purpus.org or founder@purpuse.org with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
- We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days of the request, except where we are required to retain specific data for legal or security reasons.
